    Service Canada provides Canadians with a single point of access to a wide range of government services and benefits. Service Canada will be in your community to help you apply for various programs and services on May 26th and 27th at the Mishkeegogamang Community Centre.   • Victoria Day Closures
    Please be advised that the Township Office, Service Ontario, and the Betty Johnson Clinic will be closed on May 18th, 2026 for Victoria Day and will resume services the next day (May 19th). ServiceOntario offers more than 55 services online, including health card, driver’s licence and licence plate renewal, address change and more. We wish you a safe and wonderful long weekend!
  • Upcoming Community Markets
    There will be a market on Saturday, May 9th for Mother’s Day and another market on Saturday, June 20th for Father’s Day (both open from 10am to 3pm at the Pickle Lake Community Hall). Don’t wait to sell your delightful treats and handmade crafts – book now! Doors open at 9:00am for table setup – contact the township office at 807-928-2034 to book a table.
  • Clinic Schedule
    If you require a medical appointment, please be advised that Dr. Merali will be in Pickle Lake from April 27th to May 1st. To book an appointment or to confirm availability, please contact the Betty Johnson Clinic at 807-928-2047. For emergencies, call 807-928-2255.
  • Reminder for Fire Season
    During the Wildland Fire Season (Apr 1 to Oct 31), open-air fires are not permitted during the day. Fires are permitted two hours prior to sunset & must be completely extinguished two hours after sunrise. If a Restricted Fire Zone (RFZ) is in place, no burning is permitted day or night.
