Please be advised that the Township of Pickle Lake will be flushing several fire hydrants from October 23rd to 25th, 2024
There may be a chance of discolouration occurring if water is used during this time but should clear up quickly afterwards.
Please note that the Township of Pickle Lake landfill operation hours will be as follows:
• Thursdays: 10AM – 2:30PM
• Saturdays: 10AM – 2:30PM
Waste collection:
• Tuesdays: Residential & commercial
Fridays: Commercial only
Please ensure household waste is roadside no later than 8:30AM.

Please be advised that the hours of operation for the Pickle Lake landfill, effective Tuesday, May 14, 2024, are as follows: Thursdays & Saturdays: 10:00am to 2:30pm. Waste collection will occur on Tuesday and Friday for both residential and commercial pick up. See post for full details.

Please be aware of the following announcements for the long weekend: We will be closed March 29th for Good Friday and April 1st for Easter Monday. Commercial garbage pickup will be moved to Thursday, March 28th due to the holiday weekend. The arena will be open for public skating on Thursday, March 28th from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM, closed for Good Friday, and reopen on Saturday, March 30th. All regular services will resume on Tuesday, April 2, 2024.
